Property

 The material of the bio cord filter media is composed of one or more materials, and the specific surface area is adjusted by the change of the material. The main chemical fiber materials used are: the most hydrophilic chemical synthetic fiber-polypropylene fiber, which can maintain stable structure of vinylon and nylon even if a large number of microorganisms are attached, and the best elastic recovery effect of polyvinylidene chloride. material.

 The bio cord filter media has various outer diameters from 20mm to 45mm, and the common standard size is 45mm. From the previous experimental data, it can be seen that the 45mm diameter bio cord filter media has the best microbial adhesion effect. As the diameter of the bio cord filter media increases, the amount of attached microorganisms also increases, but the microorganisms attached per unit cross-sectional area tend to decrease.

 The strength tension of the bio cord filter media is 74kg, which can fully cope with the water flow impact in the reaction tank and the weight of the attached sludge, and will not easily break.

Instructions

The bio cord filter media is in the form of a rope, which is first fixed on the frame and then placed in a biological reaction tank.
 Fix the upper and lower ends of the bio cord filter media on the frame. The standard is 10cm between the vertical and horizontal. Therefore, the installation amount of the bio cord filter media for 1 cubic meter frame is 100m.
 There are usually two ways to fix the bio cord filter media. As shown in Figure 1, the two ends of the bio cord filter media are firstly bag-stitched, and then fixed with a fixed steel pipe through the cloth bag. Figure 2, using the cable to bind the bio cord to the frame directly.
 In the method of Figure 1, the steel pipe passes through the sewing bag and is fixed to the frame by a U-ring.
 In the method of Figure 2, the bio cord filter media is fixed on the frame outside the reaction tank, and then the frame is placed in the reaction tank.
 There are two ways to set the bio cord filter media in the aeration tank. The first one is to install on one side and the other side to aerate. The second is to set up and install on both sides and aerate in the center. Space must be left above and below the bio cord setting frame to maintain a good water flow state, and a baffle (rectifier plate) can also be used to improve water flow efficiency.
 When the concentration of organic matter entering the biological reaction tank is high, a backwashing device must be installed. The excess sludge attached to the bio cord filter media is periodically backwashed to maintain the efficient treatment activity of the attached microorganisms on the bio cord.
 There must be enough oxygen in the aeration tank. The amount of aeration is determined by various conditions. If the amount of aeration is calculated based on the organic matter content in the wastewater, the amount of aeration per hour must be more than 3 times the volume of the aeration tank.
 It is also necessary to use a diffusing tube, and pay attention to a sufficient amount of air to achieve good processing efficiency.
